- Replacement or refund is applicable only in case of wrong, damaged, or genuine quality issues, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Physical return pickup is available only in Gurgaon.
- For locations outside Gurgaon, refunds (if approved) may be processed after verification.

- Once grinding or dispatch has started, cancellation is not allowed.
- Customized and made-to-order atta products are non-cancellable.
