Our Missi roti Atta is made with Sharbati Wheat 65 %, Chana dal 35%. It is high in protein & fiber, aids digestion, boosts energy & keeps meals wholesome. Missi roti have been popular specially in north India for that Earthy, spicy and nutty taste. A nutritious blend of wheat (65%) for soft, well-puffed rotis and steady energy, combined with besan (35%) for plant protein, fiber, and iron. This mix improves satiety, supports muscle strength and digestion, and adds a naturally rich taste, making everyday chapatis more filling, balanced, and nourishing without changing traditional cooking methods. It has almost double the protein of your regular mill atta.
Taste, Texture, flavor and usage instructions
Earthy, spicy and nutty taste. Moderately soft and has moderate rolling ability. Rotis may feel slightly firmer compared to wheat varieties. It is recommended to eat chapatis fresh as they are cooked and it may not be good for storage and eating later. You can use some indian spices and chopped leafy vegetables to the dough to make it more flavorful.
