Unlike unhulled buckwheat flour, Chakki Peesing Hulled Kuttu Atta is made from buckwheat grains with the outer dark hull removed before grinding.
That is why our Kuttu Atta naturally has a lighter cream-to-light-brown colour rather than the darker grey, brown or blackish appearance often associated with unhulled Kuttu flour.
