Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chakki Peesing. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
You may return unused and unopened products within 1 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at Care@chakkipeesing.com to request a return authorization.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned items. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a notification via email.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24Hrs of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that we do not accept returns or cancellations for customized orders, as these products are made to your specific requirements.
